Centaurs are graceful beings often spoken of in song and verse. The powerful body of a horse supports an upper torso much like a man's, the two moving together in graceful harmony. Secure in their high vantage upon the world around them, most centaurs are tranquil people with a pronounced awareness of what transpires around them. Fleet of foot, and the incarnation of 'cavalry' on the battlefield, most centaurs like to stay close to their forest homes throughout most of their lives.
