The high elves were once the ancient rulers amongst the elven race, standing taller than their cousins and with an innate nobility to their features which is hard to deny. They usually have fair hair, which curls about the tips of their ears in unconscious elegance, and can sometimes have a commanding look in their eye without ever seeming to have planned it so. High elves value refinement in themselves and in others, carefully cultivating elegance in their movements and in the places around them. Their art and music is described as heart-rending in its beauty, and in battle their rage is terrible to behold.
