The rawulfs are relatives of werewolves, beings who have learned to be free of their kinfolk's monthly servitude to a shapeshift from human to wolf to instead always remain in a form that incorporates the elements of both. All rawulfs possesses a long canine face and a thick coat of fur that covers a bulky humanoid form, but beyond that they can differ widely from each other. Some revel in their predatory hunter- ancestry, exulting in the pursuit of their quarry and the smell of fear evoked by their battle-howls. Others take solace in the company of whomever they name as their Pack, proving time and time again that no one is more loyal than a rawulf in the toughest of times. Rawulfs deep, expressive eyes show their emotions and thoughts within their glistening depths.
