hen travelling alone in the vast lands of the Empire it is easy to
get lost, in the wilderness or in the teeming streets of various
cities. However, through my travels I have made many notes and
compiled them into maps to help wayfarers to find their proper path.
The world of Blackfire is dominated by its broad oceans, some shallow
enough that simple boats or spells can provide passage, whilst others
are so deep and wild that only the most doughty of ships or the
faithful wings of a flying steed can carry travellers safely across.
From the peaks of Loth Talon, where fair Talorien stands, to further
lands, the islands of Blackfire rise from the sea. I hope that these
maps will aid you in your travels, and that you too return enriched by
deeds worthy of song!
