o submit an application to build an area on Blackfire, you must send an email that meets the following list of criteria.

1. The area must be an original idea. Although an idea based on books is acceptable as long is it isnt plagiarized and contains original thoughts and ideas.
2. Write the idea behind your area. The area idea must be proofread and free from grammatical mistakes, Ok folks, this is a big one. You will be turned down almost immediately if the application contains a gross number of errors.
3. Write 5 sample room descriptions that would appear in your area. Once again, please proofread them before you send them in to us. Follow all rules and guidelines as described below.
4. Give 5 ideas for mobiles that will be found in your area. Include the same information that is given on the sample mobile below.
5. Give 5 ideas for objects that will be found in you area. Include the same information that is given on the sample object below.
6. I must stress this again. Please proofread everything. Nothing is so disheartening than to see a good idea, but have to turn the person down because they cant spell or conjugate a verb properly.

Rules for Room Descriptions

1. Never use the word 'You' in a sentence. It is a bad trap and can only lead to trouble.
2. Along the same lines, never tell a player how he feels or what he is doing. You can never be sure that a player will feel disgusted at the sight of blood. They might enjoy it.
3. Try to be descriptive about the area. Tell them about the sights and sounds and smells that are going on around them. Try to make them part of the story.
