At level 40, you may leave the monk path and become a sorcerer or rogue. You reset to level 1, gain twenty practices, and keep much of your training in memory—many monk abilities will not work until you relevel.

What you must do

1. Be level 40 and still a monk.
2. Choose sorcerer or rogue if you have not already completed that class.
3. Travel to the ghost of a scholarly monk in the Ruins of Darksbay (see below).
4. Tell him multi sorcerer or multi rogue.

Finding the ghost

He haunts an observatory in the Ruins of Darksbay.

From Talorien, ask a shrine keeper about Darksbay or the ruins, then explore to the observatory.

After you multi

You begin at level 1 in the new class. You cannot multi into a class you already finished until you are a hero.
