Remorting through the ghost of a scholarly monk requires an exquisite illuminated scroll every time. You may choose any target class. All equipped gear is stripped when the ritual succeeds.

At the ghost

  1. Be level 40 as a monk (only monks use this master).
  2. Finish the quest below and carry the scroll.
  3. Go to an observatory in the Ruins of Darksbay. From Talorien, ask a shrine keeper about Darksbay.
  4. multi sorcerer or multi rogue. The ghost takes and destroys the scroll.

Obtain a new scroll (full quest again) for each remort through the ghost.

The monk multiclass quest

Optional hint: ask an insane prophet at the crossroads of Guild Strasse and Hafen Strasse in Talorien about monk or multiclass.

The illuminated scroll

Archduke Nelyth of Ily’kras in the Archduke’s study, the Fortress of Ily’kras (no common Talorien shrine—go with veterans or raid routes).

Holywater and entering Hyburiis

Needed to gather the fingerbone (and to traverse the dungeon):

  1. A rune covered flask from Paul, the mad high-priest, before the flames of chaos, the Cathedral of All Saints (shrine from Talorien).
  2. fill the flask at the Mordant holywater font in Mordant.
  3. sacrifice the filled flask at the altar in the Village of Nurrsberg → you drop into the entrance to an underground cavern.

Hyburiis and the pastry

Hyburiis, the guardian serpent blocks north until asleep.

Recipe pieces:

assemble (or attach) note and parchment → Galrak’s secret recipe.

Castle Azeloth, the bakery: give the recipe to Jalrak the baker, pay ten thousand crownsa magic Chamomberry pastry. give the pastry to Hyburiis.

Optional: rescue prisoners in the dark cells for different outcomes.

Loot the fingerbone relic in a vast, cavernous hall if you still need it for the Archduke.

Finish at the ghost

Surface, go to the observatory, multi with the scroll.
