Remorting through Jacen requires an exquisitely crafted dagger every time. You may choose any target class, including one you have done before. All equipped gear is stripped when the ritual succeeds.

At Jacen

1. Be level 40 as a rogue (only rogues use Jacen).
2. Finish the quest below and carry the dagger.
3. Go to a small grass hut in the Village of Vangalis. From Talorien, ask a shrine lorekeeper or beastmaster about Vangalis.
4. Tell Jacen multi sorcerer or multi monk. He takes and destroys the dagger.

You must forge a new dagger for every remort through Jacen.

The rogue multiclass quest

Optional lore: in Talorien, ask a wandering bard in a private entertainment room about multiclass or reclass—he summarizes the same steps. Quest items usually cannot be dropped or given away. Several steps require you to be a rogue and about level 38+.

The rune flask

Travel to the Cathedral of All Saints (shrine from Talorien). In before the flames of chaos, take a rune covered flask from Paul, the mad high-priest. Keep it in hold for later.

The antler knife

In Cinderwood, find a grizzled woodsman in a hide-covered shelter. buy knife for twenty thousand crowns plus:

• A rusty knife blade from the barrow wight in a barrow in the wood.
• A single prong of a deer's antler from Cinderwood trails (for example near floating above the ravine).

You receive a knife with a handle made of antler.

The blood of St. Elias

In the Village of Nurrsberg, a littered tomb, find Saint Elias. Wield the antler knife, hold the empty flask, and skin Elias. You receive a rune covered flask filled with the blood of St. Elias.

Castle Azeloth

Shrine travel from Talorien reaches the castle.

King Dran's royal bed chamber: search, open hole, then climb: rope and grappling hook from the castle, attach hook rope, hold the combined rope, use rope, go up.

A mysterious laboratory: Rogue level 38+: open niche on a niche in the eastern wall; loot an ancient scroll, long forgotten inside. A deformed chaos mutant tolerates rogues only.

Thorgrim's forge

In the Valley of the Anvil, find Thorgrim, the lost brother. Bring the antler knife, filled blood flask, ancient scroll, and forty thousand crowns. forge dagger → an exquisitely crafted dagger.

Finish at Jacen

Return to Jacen in Vangalis with the dagger, then multi.
